Portable Appliance Testing at a Foster Children's Care home

SRT PAT were recently asked to carry out Portable Appliance Safety Testing at a children's foster care home in Derby.

The owner of the business contacted us as PAT testing was a requirement of their Ofsted inspection.

We were able to visit the care home at a weekend, when the children were to be out, this meant that we were able to gain full access to every room without disturbing or interrupting the residents.

The job took around an hour and a half to complete and all electrical appliances were found to be in good safe condition.
